Free Returns

Easy, free returns 

Just send us an e-mail at birkenstock@tinkerhess.com and we'll email one that you can print and tape to the box or give us a call.

All returns and exchanges must happen within 30 days of purchase in mint, unworn condition, with original packaging. Exception: Items purchased in November or December can be returned or exchanged by January 30th, with above restrictions.

A refund will be issued to your original method of payment when the return is inspected and approved.

Returns can only be accepted for purchases made at Fourth Ave Birkenstock. If you purchased from birkenstock.com or another retailer, please return the item to them, following their guidelines.

Gift cards are not returnable.
